Receive Confirmation Letter

  • The online registration and payment system is optimized for PC. We highly recommend to register with PC.

  • If you did not receive a confirmation letter via email, please contact the secretariat (

  • The Confirmation letter will be sent via the E-mail that you provided as your ID.

  • Registration fee rates only apply when you complete the registration payment within the rate period. Unless you need to register again with the next level rate.

  • One ID, One Registration. Attendees can modify only before the payment. If you have any difficulties regarding registration, please contact us at or +85-53-943-1400. If you are Korean and want to pay in Korean won(KRW), please set your country as South Korea.

Policy for Multiple Presentations of Papers

When one author (or one institution) presents multiple papers, in principle, one presenter per registration needs be made. However, in order to encourage the publication of excellent research results, the ISSW34 LOC considers that one presenter could present a maximum of two papers, in this case, the first paper needs to be paid for full registration, and the second needs to pay the fees for the additional presentation as above. Therefore, if one presenter (or institution) presents three or more papers, full registration is required starting from the third paper.

* Registration fees are collected on behalf of ISSW34 by the secretariat, NSSW Korea.

* The preferred method of payment is online card payment.

By Credit Card

  • VISA, MASTER, JCB, and AMEX card accepted.

  • The merchant name on your credit card statement will be ‘Eximbay’ for international attendees and ‘Toss payments’ for Domestic attendees.

  • In the unlikely event of a rejected online credit/debit card payment, the delegate is recommended to return to his/her online registration profile and attempt to process the payment again. Should the payment issue persist, the participant is advised to contact the card issuer/bank first to check for any potential block on the online transaction. Once this is removed, it will be possible to pay via the online payment gateway.

Cancellation Policy

  • The Secretariat must be notified by e-mail of cancellations.

  • The cancellation dates are based on Korean Standard Time. (KST, UTC+09:00)

  • Registration fee is refundable after deducting any necessary expenses already incurred.

  • There will be no refund for a “NO SHOW” registrant, and the organizers will not entertain requests to mail out conference publications and materials to such individuals.

  • If you use a wire transfer to pay, the transaction fee will also be deducted from the registration fee
