Oral presentation

• Presentation time slot: 20 minutes, including 5 minutes for questions and discussion.

• Presenters are requested to be present at the session room before the session starts. Please report to your chair or staff of the session/session room.

• Presenter may give presenters’ short bio/introduction so that chair may introduce you to the audience.

• Presentation ratio: 16:9 format is highly recommended.

• Please finish your presentation on time.

• It is recommended to save PowerPoint with all fonts embedded or in PDF format.

• The presentation file should be named ‘Abstrat No._Presenter’s name’.

• Presentations should be made into Microsoft PowerPoint or Portable Document Format (PDF) and be copied to the laptop in the session room or preview room prior to their session.

• If the presentations including the movies/animations, all the files concerned must be copied in a folder of your own made.

• Please bring your presentation file stored on USB Stick or upload it in the preview rooms. Due to limited timelines and potential technical issues, we do not recommend using personal laptops.

Poster presentation

• Staff will provide you with pins or tapes for mounting the poster displays.

• Presenters are required to print out their posters and bring the hard copy to the symposium.

• Posters will be displayed from July 17 to 18, 2023, and all posters should be removed by 17:00-18:00, July 18^th.

• Presenters must stand by their posters during their respective poster sessions.
  * Poster session time: July 17th (Mon), 12:55 – 14:15 & July 18th (Tue) , 12:35-13:55

• Poster size: A0 Size (84.1cm wide and 118.9cm high)
